Port AdVenture Cruises offers a variety of cruises, from Dolphin spotting to Sunset cruises, from a fun day out for Seniors to exciting Music gigs on board.
We also offer Private Parties with personalised service, catering to up to 150 guests. You have the freedom to choose your own catering and entertainment, ensuring a truly memorable event.
At Port AdVenture Cruises, safety is our top priority. We strictly adhere to regulations, conducting yearly inspections and maintaining compliance with safety management systems. Regular safety drills are also conducted to ensure the well-being of our passengers.
We take pride in delighting both locals and visitors with our exceptional entertainment offerings. In fact, we sponsored the highly anticipated Biggest Elvis Show on Earth in 2023 and we even have our own radio program, "Talking Entertainment with Dave and Elsa," on 2WAY FM Hastings Community Radio 103.9.
But it doesn't stop there. We are deeply committed to our communities, actively engaging in FUNdraising initiatives on the Rhythmboat and providing a platform for talented performers. It's not just any vessel, it's the largest and most impressive one to ever grace the waters of the Hastings River. Its presence has become a beloved sight, especially when dolphins make a delightful appearance in the waves.
Passengers on the Rhythmboat are in for a treat as they cruise along the Hastings River. With each passing season, the scenery changes, revealing new facets of the river that will make your journey a unique and captivating experience.
Co-owner and manager of Port AdVenture Cruises, Elsa is also known affectionately as David’s producer on their “Talking Entertainment with Dave and Elsa” radio show on 2WAY FM Hastings Community Radio 103.9.
Elsa is the one making everything smooth sailing behind the scenes, from taking the bookings, overseeing the catering, promoting and marketing to cleaning and servicing the vessel.
Elsa’s dedication to her community is evident. As one of 11 board members on the Greater Port Macquarie Tourism Association Board, she is passionate about Port Macquarie and local tourism operators.
Bringing a positive and strong work ethic to everything she does, Elsa takes her vocation seriously, and is also highly proactive with incorporating
sustainable practices into all they do, from recycling and minimising rubbish to supporting fundraising events on their Rhythmboat.

Being the MC or DJ is one of his favourite things to do at work. He is a firm supporter of performers and many local gigs have found a place to perform on board the Rhythmboat.
A true-blue Elvis fan, David is no stranger to the world of entertainment. He has kicked soccer balls with Rod Stewart, taken members of Bad Company waterskiing and shared a meal with Suzi Quatro.
David is also a strong supporter of the Wayside Chapel and he never passes up an opportunity to provide a venue for charity and fundraising events on the Rhythmboat.
